Symposium 2008: Climate Change and Human Rights
TLCP's 2008 Symosium has concluded and we thank everyone who made it a great success.
International Law Society (ILS), University of Iowa International Programs, the University of Iowa Center for Human Rights (UICHR), the Iowa Center for Global and Regional Environmental Research, and The Climate Legacy Initiative hosted a conference addressing climate justice, climate science, and the greening of energy policies.
This discussion is memorialized through author contribution to the TLCP Fall 2008 Climate Change & Human Rights Symposium issues, 18:1 and 18.2.
The Symposium attracted the attention and participation of authors and practitioners in the forefront of academic literature and on the cutting edge in their respective professional fields. TLCP, ILS, and UICIFD were honored to provide a forum for such distinguished guests.
